Sales Manager

We provide services that cover your family's home or your business's facility, even restaurants and food trucks! From Nursing homes to colleges, we'll develop a plan that works for you after a thorough scheduled inspection.
The Sales Representative is responsible for revenue generation from pest control service sales with
residential and commercial customers. The position will be responsible for bringing in new customers,
retaining and growing existing customers, and generating referral sources.
What you will do:
- Produce residential and commercial referrals and leads
- Successfully sell pest control services and packages to new residential and commercial customers
- Set-up meetings with prospects to present Rochester Pest Pro’s services and programs
- Follow-up and quality assurance with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Generate a list of commercial leads to call upon
- Make cold calls to sell pest control services to both residential and commercial prospects
- Communicate sales activity weekly to Operations Manager
- Adhere to company pricing and sales guidelines
- Additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build trust and create a positive customer and employee experience
- Willingness to cold call, propose and close new business
- Goal oriented, self-starter and driven by results
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
- Ability to use computer, tablets, phone and software systems
What you will need:
- HS Diploma or equivalent is required, Associates or Bachelors degree in sales preferred
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control or emergency services is required, 3 or more years is preferred
- Must have valid drivers license in good standing and be able to pass a motor vehicle record search
Compensation, Benefits and Other Perks:
- Base pay starting at $40,000/year
- Uncapped commission based on sales made
- Benefits premium is 50% employer paid
